NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union Football Club Incorporated (TVRUFC) to be held in the Sports Bar – “Zoo” at Erindale Vikings at 7:00pm on Thursday 30th November 2023.
Note: : Financial Members only will be admitted to the AGM and the doors will be closed at 7:00pm sharp and no further persons will be admitted until after the election of office bearers is completed.
As per ACT legislation a list of eligible members is displayed at the TVRUFC Rugby Club Office at Viking Park.
Nomination forms for 2023/2024 Rugby Committee nominees are available to download via Jotform link or from Rugby Staff at the Rugby Club Office at Viking Park.
Note: Fully completed nomination forms must be received no later than COB (5:00pm) Thursday 23rd November 2023. The nomination form must be lodged in person to Rugby Office staff before the deadline indicated above at the Rugby Office at Viking Park, 4 Amsinck St, Wanniassa
