Volunteers are the heart and soul of Vikings Rugby, and their efforts play a vital role in our success both on and off the field. Whether it is lending a hand on game days or supporting behind the scenes, every contribution makes a difference.
Ways to get involved:
There are plenty of opportunities to make an impact, including:
Assistant coaching roles
Team manager positions
Canteen and BBQ operators
Club merchandise coordinators at home games
Game day equipment stewards
Ground marshalls
These roles are essential to ensuring our games and events run smoothly. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, we’d love to have you join the team.

How to Register as a Volunteer
Registering for the 2025 season is quick and easy using Rugby Xplorer. Follow these steps to get started:
Sign in or create an account on the Rugby Xplorer App or the Rugby Xplorer website.
If you already have an account, ensure you use the existing one—do not create a new account.
Click "Register" and search for Tuggeranong Vikings Rugby Union Club.
Select your role (volunteer, manager, or coach), and duration (season).
Update your personal details and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
