Vikings Japanese Recruits Head for Home
Last week saw the end of a successful Vikings playing stint for - Tatsuro Konno and Taro Natamoto, both from Japanese Rugby Club Kubota Spears. Tatsuro and Taro have been valuable members of the 1st and 2nd grade squad throughout the season since their arrival at the beginning of March. Although at times the language barrier presented some challenges for players and management alike, the addition of both players has been very positive both on and off the pitch. The Vikings Rugby Club wishes the boys the very best of luck in their endeavours to continue their rugby development back home in Japan.
