From humble beginnings in 1973, the Tuggeranong Vikings have developed into a rugby powerhouse, with high aspirations and an aggressive administration. Uniquely positioned in Canberra, with a large and successful licensed club organisation behind it, there has long been a commitment from the Viking's management that players should be presented with an opportunity to play at whatever level they so desire and has also sought to develop the overall standard of the ACT representative competition for the benefit of players from all clubs.

VIKINGS DEFEAT FRENCH NAVY

On Wednesday 7 July The Vikings hosted the touring French Navy Rugby team at Viking Park, a composite Vikings side made up of Colts, 2^nd and 1^st grade players won a tough, physical match 52-26. The touring French were playing Vikings as a warm up to their Test match against The Australian Navy in Sydney.

For the safety and comfort of all patrons, NO PETS, GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed inside Viking Park. Bags and vehicles entering Viking Park WILL be checked by security and any offending items will be refused entry.
